Noise management
Workshop Coworking is a quiet environment. We ask that everyone keep noise levels low and be mindful of talking too loud. You are allowed to take calls and meetings at your desk with headphones only! If the call room is already in use, please go outside for loud phone calls.

Cleanliness, property care and damages
Be mindful and respect the space and other users: “leave no trace.” Garbage must be placed in the garbage bin located by the front door. Please be careful with the property, furniture and equipment. Major/intentional damages will be charged.

Day passes
Day passes should be purchased as soon as you come in. QR codes are located by the front door. If you have any questions, please contact Management.

Membership
We offer two levels of membership pricing. Visitor Membership (for guests who plan to visit for 1 month or less), and Community Membership (where we require a minimum of 2 months commitment). Community Membership is a discounted rate for Kama’aina (Hawaii Residents).

All Membership plans are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft). Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrollment. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates.

We will allow up to 5 days to update declined payments, otherwise Membership will be cancelled.

To cancel a membership, please email info@hawaiiwork.shop with subject “Membership Cancel.” If you have signed up for a Community Membership and need to terminate your contract before the second month payment, the visitor rate will be applied and Workshop will send an invoice for the adjusted first month cost.

There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card.
